Sales Executive / Business Development
We're looking for a driven sales professional to grow our business in Pakistan. You'll win direct clients and build partnerships with other freight forwarders who book through us.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with shippers and importers for regular freight business
- Develop partnerships with local freight forwarders and be their main point of contact
- Visit clients, prepare rate quotations and follow up to close shipments
- Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams
- Follow market rates and trends, keep a sales pipeline and reach monthly targets
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics sales preferred — less experience is open for discussion
- A network of shippers, importers or forwarders in Pakistan is a strong plus
- Knowledge of FCL/LCL, Incoterms and shipping processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Urdu
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
